The course will be beneficial to Company Directors and Senior Managers to highlight the roles and duties relating to the Act. There is a misconception that it only applies to High Risk Buildings over 18m or 7 storeys with residential units. This is not the case, and it will almost certainly apply to most of Building Safety Act Fact SheetCompanies’ projects.

This cost for this course is £250 + VAT per person (Usually £320 when booked with CIOB directly). There are a limited number of place, so it will be first come, first served.
